Love old barns for soon reason. They all have a story to tell if only we listen.

Very cool. Amazing how the roof seems to be in such good condition compared to the rest of it? I wonder how many different animals make their home in it? At least they'd have a roof over their heads!

Beautiful image! It's sad and melancholy, but exciting at the same time. Nature is reclaiming it yet I'd love to explore it - hence the excitement... it looks like it'll fall right on top of me if I ventured in.

I love old, antique houses and barns. I like thinking about the activity of families that used to live there. This one holds many a story, I'm sure.

Oh my--fixer-upper is right. I think I should send a group of PA Amish to fix that barn.

Strangely-I could probably fix it up and live there and I would be happy. As long as I had plenty of and to go with it.

I love those round bales of hay!

Makes me wonder about the day there was a "barn raising" and everyone celebrated this structure's grace and usefulness.

I just love this shot. Something so sad about neglected barns who stood for so long doing their valuable work.

I'm in agreement with many comments.. sad...exciting, amazing...but most of all it's history and memories of times gone by. The bales are such an addition to the basic photo. When peeking inside do you see some old machinery? The one window boarded up..is there a story there? so much wonder and awe and questions unanswered. Loved it!

It needs "Mail Pouch Tobacco" or "See Rock City" painted on it to really make it complete...

I love old barns. They have so much history and really compliment the country beautifully.

It has seen better days, but I agree it does look like it should have "See Rock City" painted on it.

Beautiful, full of memories. A Money Pit.

Nice pic! It would make a pretty jigsaw puzzle. You could find it's beauty as you make it.
Lovely!
