Hasty Brook is the loveliest place in my world. It's a little piece of heaven in northern Minnesota.
Thanks to Art for being such a good sport letting me post this video of him being a goofus.
Hee hee, I've never heard wild turkeys before. He definitely had something to say! He must have thought Art was up to no good and trying to steal his lady love ; )
It looks like someone has been feeding those guys, maybe neighbors? I don't know about Art "being a goofus" but I got a laugh out of him running around. Turkeys are weird, but neat, creatures. And what a good sport Art is. :-)
What a great video!! Art looks like a great sport too. I agree with with New England. I think Mr. Tom was protecting his lady friend. Thanks for the chuckle.
Art is a good sport and a lot of fun, too. Things are looking good up there.
Funny!Who knows what the turkeys were thinking.DO they even think?:)Thanks for the smiles. Blessings,Ruth
Oh, how silly and fun!

Lynne--they may have been more interested in the car.I heard (on Car Talk) that wild turkeys sometimes go after cars, because (presumably) they see their reflections in the shine and assume it is an interloper.
...haha! It's so much fun seeing and listening to wild turkeys--being "attacked" by them looks fun too!
LOL... how funny!! They were so brave to take on "Art and his truck." LOLOL!
What a great name for a movie, "Plays with Wild Turkeys." I LOVED the video, especially your husband doing a turkey trot with the birds. Too funny.
Bonding is so much fun.
It looks like they are both males. The second one has a small beard. We used to have a pair of really fat toms that hung out by the feeders at the nature center. We called them Ben and Jerry.
Never saw a wild turkey in this area though I have heard they are making a slow comeback. Your story made a nice post.
That video sure made me laugh Lynne! Those turkeys are the perfect size for Thanksgiving dinner!
Run, Art, run! They'll eat your liver out!
I can't believe how BOLD they are!
May I call that CUTE? They were just curious, that's all... Curious about Art running all over the place LOL!
LOL, tell Art that he's the best!
what the heck are those turkeys doing? they seem so tame...
