Are we ever happy with the weather? But, you know what? The weather isn't right anymore. It's too extreme.
I can feel the cold...well, almost. It's 105 fresking degrees here today :o)

Brrr! I bet that snow came with some freezing temps, too! I've got to admit that it always looks pretty (especially in pix), but I wouldn't want to live in it. Am I speaking like a typically spoiled Californian?
Oh, to fall down in the middle of that about now. I can just feel the coolness on my 'stuck to the car seat thighs'.... ahhhhhh.
When winter comes (please please) let NO ONE complain about the cold and snow!

Do I have to remember?
I got an instant chill looking at that picture. But no! no! no! I nearly go crazy here in Erie, PA from the cold winter. It is way, way toooooo long! Way tooooo much lake effect snow. (I'd move back to Minnesota in a minute, though, if it was possible.)
Vaguely...but it will all come back to me in December.
Oh, I remember. It would be a nicer memory if you added a nice warm fire, cuddly blanket, and a good book. Still, I'll take what I can get.

Oh to enjoy Minnesotas 10,000 seasons. I love the pix they are a very constant reminder of what's coming, just like Ruthie's blog of a couple weeks ago, with the dog and the pheasant, that is her snow depth gauge in the winter. I look forward to the first snowfall and the cold weather it is so much better then this hot weather [I put up with it], you can certainly put more on then you dare to take off.

Thanks for the cool thoughts on this hot day Lynne! A cool breath of fresh air would be nice right now, but I'm actually enjoying walking outside with flip-flops and no coat!

I just had to laugh at this picture. I, too, was whining about how hot it's been and told my husband I would be much more happy if it was cold. His comment, "yeah right, I'll check with you on that in January"
Makes you want to run right out there naked :0D
